Why us

Your file is in our hands, and that is what we work on.

Your file is not a stack of paperwork to be gathered; it is a case to be built: a pathway that fits your goal, requirements read from their official source with the date we checked them, and documents reviewed one by one until they are consistent with each other and with what you say about yourself. That is what we work on, from the first day to the day it is filed.

01Cited

Every requirement and figure links to its official page. The link is visible, not buried.

02Dated

Immigration rules change. Every claim carries the date we last checked it, so you know how fresh it is.

03What we control

Your file — the pathway it takes, the requirements it must meet, the completeness and consistency of its documents — is what we control, and we work on it until it is whole.

How we work

Five stages, and you always know which one you are in

It starts with your passport alone. The order is part of the work: no stage begins before the one before it is finished.

  1. 01

    Eligibility and security check

You upload a photo of your passport only. We check its validity and core details against the pathway requirements. No other document is asked for at this stage, and you pay nothing before you know where you stand.

  2. 02

    Agreement signing

Once eligibility is passed, you read the full service agreement and see the fees before any payment, then sign it from your portal and receive a signed copy.

  3. 03

    Documents and submission

A document list tailored to your case, uploaded from your portal with the status of each one visible. We review every document and prepare your file until it is complete, your account on the Canadian immigration site is created, and we file the application and follow it with you step by step.

  4. 04

    Interview and biometrics

The biometrics letter and the appointment file reach you in "Application updates". You attend on the set date with the required documents, and we are with you through the steps.

  5. 05

    The decision

We explain the decision, what it means and your next step. On approval, the passport request letter reaches your portal so the visa can be placed in your passport. If your file needs a fresh submission, we address the cause and file it again in full, from the start.

Original Passport Request

Passport request

The last step before travel: the approval letter that asks for your passport so the visa can be placed in it.

  1. 01

    The letter arrives

After your application is approved, a letter reaches your account on the Canadian immigration site asking for your passport.

  2. 02

    You submit the passport

The same passport you applied with, to the visa application centre named in the letter, in the way it states.

  3. 03

It comes back with the visa

Your passport with the visa placed in it, together with your original documents — and then travel begins.

FAQ

Questions that come up before starting

Straight answers, including the ones you may not want to hear. Requirements vary by case, and the official source is linked with every pathway.

All questions

Where do I start?

With the initial assessment, which is questions about your situation, not paperwork. Do not gather a single document before your pathway is clear.

What if I am not eligible right now?

We tell you plainly at the assessment stage, and explain what would raise your eligibility later: language, experience, education, or a different pathway that suits you better.

How long does it take?

On average, 21 working days; it varies by pathway and country of application. We tell you the expected range for your case when the pathway is set.

Can my family come with me?

Yes. Your spouse or partner and dependent children can accompany you; they are included in the same application, and each one's file is prepared alongside yours.
