Privacy policy
Who processes your data
Your data is processed by B2B GROUP TRAVEL LTD (United Kingdom, registration 09437857) and B2B Travel Agency Canada Inc (Canada, registration 992425-6), the entities responsible for this site and the client portal.
What we collect
We collect what is needed to assess your eligibility, prepare your file and follow it through — nothing more:
- Contact details: your name, email, phone number and what you tell us about your situation in the contact form.
- File data: the documents you upload in your portal — identity documents, passport, financial and academic records, and details of accompanying family members — and the agreement you sign.
- Your Canadian immigration account: the username and password the office creates for you. The password is stored encrypted and is never sent by email.
- Usage records: login times and actions taken on your file, to protect your account and document what happened in it.
Why we collect it
To assess your eligibility, prepare, file and follow your application, communicate with you about it, secure your account, and meet our legal record-keeping obligations.
Who sees it
Only the office staff member assigned to your file can open it, and every access to your sensitive data is recorded with who accessed it and when.
Your documents are submitted to the receiving authority solely as part of your application, and only as far as it requires. We use a service provider to deliver the email messages related to your account.
We do not sell your data, do not share it with advertisers, and do not use it for any purpose other than the one it was collected for.
How we protect it
You sign in to your portal with a one-time code sent to your email. Your immigration-account password is encrypted with a separate key that no one can read. Documents are stored behind no public link and open only through an authorised account. Every action on the file is logged.
How long we keep it
We keep your file for the duration of the service and afterwards for as long as company record-keeping law requires. You may ask us to delete anything we are not legally obliged to keep.
Your rights
You may access your data, correct it, request its deletion, and object to its processing. Write to us from the contact page and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Updates to this policy
When we change something material in this policy we announce it on this page, with the date of the last update.
