Terms and conditions

Parties

These terms are between you and B2B GROUP TRAVEL LTD (United Kingdom, registration 09437857) and B2B Travel Agency Canada Inc (Canada, registration 992425-6). Using the site or the portal means you accept them.

Nature of the service

We provide eligibility assessment, pathway selection, preparation and review of the application file, filing, and follow-up until the outcome, for visitor, study and work pathways to Canada.

Service agreement

The details of the service, the fees, the payment schedule and the obligations of both parties are set out in the service agreement you sign in your portal before work begins. Where these terms and the signed agreement differ, the agreement applies.

Fees and payments

Office fees are fixed and stated in the agreement before you sign it, and fall due in instalments tied to the stages of the file as set out there. Government fees are paid directly to the authority they are owed to and are not part of the office fees.

Your obligations

Our work is built on what you provide, so you undertake to:

  • Provide documents and information that are accurate, complete and current.
  • Inform us immediately of any change in your circumstances that affects your application.
  • Respond to the office's requests on time — a late document delays the file.
  • Keep your portal login code private and never share it.

Client portal

Your portal is a personal account opened with your email and a one-time code. You are responsible for everything done from your account. When your file is closed, access to it ends.

Limits of liability

We are responsible for the quality, completeness and accuracy of our work. We accept no liability for the outcome of an application, for processing times at the receiving authorities, or for consequences of inaccurate information or documents supplied by the client.

Content and intellectual property

The site's text, design and logo belong to the company and may not be copied or republished without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country of the entity you contract with, as stated in your agreement: the United Kingdom for B2B GROUP TRAVEL LTD, and Canada for B2B Travel Agency Canada Inc.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; updates are announced on this page. Agreements signed before an update keep their original terms.
